Odors neutralization takes place through a spraying process (osmogenic barrier), with the help of dilution water and certified specific products, deprived of polluting agents. Labiotest osmogenic barriers guarantee abatement efficiencies of odor concentration above 80%.

All the products used are tested and guaranteed by Italian and international research institutions. For a correct diffusion of the deodorizing products, it is necessary to use adequate spraying systems, in order to guarantee:

• suitable micronization
• suitable timing
• suitable times for activities
• strategic diffusion

• High deodorizing efficiency
• No chemical substances polluting the environment
• No use of substances yielding by-products
• Components present do not oxidize and are not affected by air
• No influence of visible and ultraviolet sunrays on the process
• The products contain terpenes and natural essential oils that act as olfactometric indicators of optimal dilution

The most important aspect of osmogenic barriers is their capacity of treating both diffused and conveyed emissions.

Big Fogger Plus spraying system is available in two versions:

• wheeled
• fixed

The wheeled version is perfect in emergency situations, as it can easily be moved to whatever place where it is required. It is equipped with an autonomous reservoir and needs only electric energy to be operated.

The fixed version is an ideal solution to cover vast areas without hindering in any way the performance of normal working activities. In fact, it can be easily positioned on the existing structure at a varying height but in any case above 4 m. For its operation, it requires electric energy and a water supply duct.

The fixed version can be equipped with the following optional devices

• Pressurization unit
• Softening unit
• Heating cable
• Electric board for solenoid valves control
• Automatic dosing unit
