HPS Evo

HPS Evo is the Labiotest most advanced spraying system used to contain odors and abate dusts.

Spraying process (Osmogenic Barrier)

Odors neutralization by means of a spraying process (osmogenic barrier), with the help of dilution water and certified specific products deprived of polluting agents.

Labiotest osmogenic barriers guarantee high abatement efficiencies of odor concentration up to 80%. All the products are tested and guaranteed by Italian and International Research Organizations.

For a proper diffusion of deodorizing products, it is necessary to use adequate spraying systems in order to guarantee:

  • suitable micronization
  • suitable timing
  • suitable times for activities
  • strategic diffusion

Main advantages

  • High deodorizing efficiency
  • No chemical substances polluting the environment
  • No use of substances yielding by-products
  • The components present do not oxidize and are not affected by air
  • Visible and ultraviolet sunrays do not influence the process
  • The products contain terpenes and natural essential oils that act as olfactometric indicators of optimal dilution

Fields of application

HPS EVO is used in various industries, but particularly in landfills, composting plants or large sewage treatment plants, where the area to be treated is very large and there is a need for a large number of nozzles.

Synergy with filtering systems

All Labiotest supplies are subject to constant technological upgrading.

Building-in osmogenic barriers into dry or wet-filtering systems increases abatement efficiency in a significant way, thus allowing for levels hardly obtainable with one single equipment.

By adopting this type of solution, it is possible to maintain an efficient odor abatement also when the filtering bed is exhausting.
