HPS Midi Var

HPS Midi Var is a spraying system used to contain odors, abate dusts and cool outside environments.

Spraying process (Osmogenic Barrier)

Odors neutralization takes place through a spraying process (osmogenic barrier), with the help of dilution water and certified specific products, deprived of polluting agents.

Labiotest osmogenic barriers guarantee abatement efficiencies of odor concentration above 80%.

All the products used are tested and guaranteed by Italian and international research institutions.

For a proper diffusion of deodorizing products, it is necessary to use adequate spraying systems, in order to guarantee:

  • suitable micronization
  • suitable timing
  • suitable times for activities
  • strategic diffusion

Main advantages

  • Elevata resa deodorizzante

The most important aspect of osmogenic barriers is their capacity of treating both diffused and conveyed emissions.

Description and technical characteristics

HPS midi Var is designed to supply a varying flow-rate at a constant pressure in order to feed several lines with independent nozzles.

Thanks to a board designed for an optional control that allows starting the equipment and triggering the pertaining solenoid valve, every line may be controlled by a consent coming from outside. According to the lines that are activated, the equipment ensures the necessary water flow-rate while maintaining the pressure constant on the line. With all the lines at rest, the equipment automatically turns off and it is re-started automatically at the first request from one of the lines.

Flow-rate and pressure self-regulation takes place through a pressure transducer communicating with the electric engine inverter.
